Positive Input Ventilation - PIV

Positive Input Ventilation or PIV is an energy efficient method of pushing out stale, unhealthy air with dry fresh air by gently introducing filtered air into your home and increasing the circulation of fresh air around your house.

PIV systems are an excellent way of eliminating radon from a dwelling. Positive pressure is where there is slightly more air pressure inside the dwelling then outside. Radon will move towards areas of negative pressure so by eliminating the negative air spaces within the home you can ensure that no radon gas will enter your home.

There are a wide range of benefits to having a PIV system installed into your home which include:

• Effective at reducing both condensation and mould
• Energy and monetarily efficient
• Operates quietly and is unobtrusive
• Improves your indoor air quality
