HRV systems operate with a very simple concept. The principle behind the system is to take the stale, wet air from areas such as your kitchen, bathroom, utility room etc., and use it to heat the incoming fresh air from the outside which will then be supplied to your occupied areas such as the living room, bedrooms etc. resulting in a constant, steady supply of fresh air at a minimum heating requirement.
